MEDIBANG is an alternate version of firealpaca, it doesn’t have the brush settings yet that I know of, but it’s rly good! also that link doesn’t work. ! Hey remember when i told you fire alpaca was a good alternative? Check it out its great for mac! Please download from the official FireAlpaca websites, because a friend of mine simply googled FireAlpaca and downloaded from some random site, and she got malware! So PLEASE be careful.įireAlpaca has a suggestion/bug reporting box on their site so you can request features, or let them know if you’re having any issues! Also FireAlpaca works fantastically on Mac computers! (though I will say the only time FA has crashed on me is when I used a Mac, so PLEASE save your work often)Īlso, please visit these tumblrs if you do get into using anyone who wants an alt to Sai. *If English is not your native language, you can download it in other languages. UM, WHILE I’M HERE: Here is where you can download FireAlpaca (it is completely free software) It works pretty nicely :DĪHHHH HOLY SHIT WHEN DID THIS POST START TRENDING?! Want to make this brush? Just make a perfect circle and save it (I call mine “round”) and use it as the bitmap, and copy the settings above.

I don't know if Sai has this feature, or if you'll ever need it, but it's cool.BITMAP WATERCOLOR BRUSHES, Y’ALL!!! Want to make some SAI brushes in FireAlpaca? Check out THIS handy Guide! Keep in mind that this is different from normal color palette, as those are color sets (you choose the color manually, as you draw).

CSP also has this thing called a "Gradient Map", which allows you to draw something (colored), then slap on a color palette to make your piece look different. There is also an "Ask" page, where you can ask questions and other users can answer. You can download brushes, 3D models, color palettes, gradient maps and a lot more from Clip Studio (in the "Assets" page). you'll have to guess what they are saying. Though, if the creator of the brush wrote regular text, then CSP translates it. Lots of the brushes are made by Japanese or Korean people, so you might not understand the names of the brushes, or whatever the description of the brush says. It will be a bit overwhelming at first, though.Ĭlip Studio Paint also comes with"Clip Studio", which is a program that allows you to download brushes/materials made by others. Appearance wise, sai definitely looks a lot better since csp has a lot going on which may be a bit overwhelming at first. Csp definitely has a lot more to offer than sai, and customizing brushes feels a lot easier on csp imo. I really like CSP because, as the others said, there are a lot features. Recently migrated from sai to csp after using it for about 5 years as well.
